Return Policy
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility

Item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached

In original packaging

Must include your receipt or proof of purchase
3. How to Return

Email us at support@mastertechrv.com with your order number.

Weβll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
4. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless otherwise specified.
5. Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately (with photos) so we can make it right.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized items

Beauty and personal-care products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Sale items and gift cards
7. Exchanges
To exchange, return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement.
8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If youβre in the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. All the same conditions apply as above.
9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds process to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks may take a few extra days to post the credit.
